Your Private Lesson (for 1 or 2) is customised for you to get the maximin benefit in a 1 on 1 session with a qualified coach.
The sessions run for approx 60 minutes including 10 minutes of on-land safety and technique and a yoga stretch to finish.
There will be plenty of on-water time with a qualified Coach to help guide you plus some free time to practice at the end or simply relax on the board.
