Okura lagoon marine reserve on the high tide is something quite special few know about.

Let's go Explore together on a Stand up paddle board with a qualified instructor to give you confidence as a Newbie or Technique tips if experienced as we cruise around the mangroves and inlets of Okura

Stop.for refreshments at Stillwater Boating Club (at own cost)

PS. Please note No refunds if canceling a week prior so that everyone gets a chance at a spot on our special events due to limited numbers. SUP SAFETY Leashes must be worn. Ideally, you would have attended a Basic Intro to SUP prior or be a confident paddler. There will be qualified instructors to help you along the way it is a more cruisy paddle than the Puhoi River long distance (8-16km) paddle but we will paddle approx 5km each way on the incoming & outgoing tides so good paddle fitness expected. (Not for 1st time paddlers).
